Split Shipments

Sometimes, your order might come from different locations, so items may arrive separately. Don’t worry-you won’t pay extra shipping fees for this. We’ll simply divide your original shipping charge across the multiple packages.

Multiple Shipments Charges

You’ll be charged for each shipment separately as they go out. However, the total charges for all shipments will match the total for your entire order.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Be sure to track your package, as Tech by Elle isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

To return an item, include a receipt or proof of purchase. Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, like items that are damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

How to Return Your Product

Mail your returns to: 9522 E 30th St, Indianapolis, IN 46229. You’ll need to cover your return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
